My name is Dr Christopher Scott and I graduated with a Bachelor of Science at the University of Queensland, majoring in Biomedical Sciences 2002, followed by a Masters in Chiropractic from Macquarie University in 2006.
The decision to pursue a profession in Chiropractic did not present itself until the end of my biomedical science degree when I was introduced to chiropractic and its philosophy. The concept of health, wellness and the old adage ‘prevention is better than the cure’ was new to me. After attending a chiropractor for headaches and neck/ shoulder pain and then learning about how to be healthy, I began to understand its importance. Health is so important, and the life styles we live today along with allopathic medicine, do not focus on maximising it. It was from then that I decided to commit my time to the pursuit of health.
I have travelled over to Scotland with the mission ‘of providing a means and direction for each individual to challenge their current health goals so that they can reach towards a new level of health and understanding through natural chiropractic care’.
