About us:

If you live in East Kilbride or surrounding areas then your local chiropractic is in the East Kilbride Shopping Centre on the 9th floor of the Plaza Tower. It is easy to find and there is loads of parking within the shopping centre. Just head to the main foyer and take the lift to the 9th floor and head straight down the corridor. You will find our clinic on the right hand side.

As you arrive, you will be welcomed by our friendly chiropractor assistant, Alice. She will look after you and explain what you can expect from visiting our clinic. Our chiropractor, Cade Sutherland will complete a thorough history and examination to determine the cause of your pain and decide the best course of treatment for you.

Travel Directions:

This practice is in the town centre of East Kilbride on top of the shopping centre.
 

Car (from Glasgow city centre) - Follow signs for A77 (signposted Kilmanrock, Greenock, Glasgow Airport) to cross Glasgow Bridge. At Shawlands Cross bear left (signposted Prestwick Airport, Kilmarnock, Giffnock). At roundabout take the 1st exit, then merge onto the A727 (signposted East Kilbride, Clarkston). At Sheddons roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the A727 (signposted East Kilbride, Carlisle). At roundabout take the 2nd exit onto East Kilbride Road - B766 (signposted East Kilbride, Carlisle).. At the 2nd exit onto the A726 (signposted M74, Carlisle, Coatbridge, Eaglesham). At roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the A726 (signposted Carlisle, Strathaven, Coatbridge). At roundabout take the 1st exit onto Cornwall St (signposted Town Centre, West Mains). Turn onto Blacklands Road, Bear right onto Rothesays St. Turn left into Rothesay Place to arrive at East Kilbide Shopping plaza. The practice is in the Plaza Tower office block (enter near WH Smith and M&S).
 

Train Catch the train from Central Station and it’s the East Kilbride line which terminates in East Kilbride. The train goes at 12 minutes past the hour and 42 minutes past the hour. Once alighting from the train in East Kilbride walk directly out of the station and cross the road - following this road until the t junction where it meets the East Kilbride Shopping Centre. Cross at the pedestrian lights near the Fire Station to enter the Shopping Plaza and head right towards the WH Smith. Entry is opposite the job centre.
